Let Your Light Shine..β˜€πŸ’›

I’m sure it won’t come as a surprise, that I have such an admiration for any sort of light, mostly fairy lights. My room is decorated with plenty, and creates a lovely, relaxing energy. I’m fascinated by how light works, and decided to do something a little different for today. It was a blast photographing numerous sources of light. πŸ”₯

I want to talk about the power of light. Whether it be the flicker of a flame, or light bulb that illuminates the room, or a joyous little fairy light, there’s a always a sense of security that comes with it. ⛅️⛅️

You sit in front of the fire, because it emanates such warmth. It’s an allocated area of comfort. A source of warm light pulls you in. There’s quite a familial air about sitting in front of the fire; it feels like home.

A light bulb, with a mere flick of a switch, can brighten up any room. It can contain such power, as it guides you, illuminating your way. This light bulb is unique, and something that creates a warmth within my bedroom, with it’s soft orange hues. The simplest thing, can bring forth comfort.

This is something that was recently added to my plentiful collection of lights. What some don’t understand, is that with all the fairy lights I’ve adorned my room with, it brings forth, a sense of safety. My room is my safe haven, my sanctuary. And without those little lights scattered all over, it would be very dull, and dreary. So, I like to add a bit of sparkle and shine, to brighten up my day, and to calm me.

Light can be powerful in other ways. In the darkest moments, despite all the ups and downs life can throw at you, your inner light will still shine bright. It’s something that never fades. Be a luminous light in this dreary world. Be your own beacon of light.Β πŸ’›

Okay, enough of this now. Too much rambling.

Until next time, xo
