So, winter is fast approaching. The temperatures are dropping, the leaves are gradually disappearing, and the skies remain incredibly dull. You know what that means? Tis’ the season to be cold, fa la la la. The only good thing about Winter is, of course, Christmas. A time for giving, and absolutely stuffing your face with delicious food.
Since Autumn is coming to an end, I felt the need to share some photos you have not yet seen, from a previous Nature Walk. I’m going to miss the sunshine, the crisp air, the orange hues, and most of all, the crunch of fallen leaves. How will I go on?
The photo below, with the family of swans, is my favourite photograph. They all flocked towards me, and it was the one day I didn’t think of bringing them bread. Silly me. All I had to offer were some compliments, and snapping their picture. In this particular image, it seems as if the swan in the middle, is putting his head back, laughing. Is that just me thinking that? Perhaps. Oh well, onwards we go.
I shall be back with more photos soon, so hang in there, I’m trying my best here. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these little snaps, and have a fabulous weekend.
Also, I cannot ait to take a terrible amount of festive Christmas pictures. I may be too excited.
‘I get a little warm in my heart, when I think of Winter.’
