‘The Poetry Of Earth Is Never Dead..’

Happy Wednesday!

It’s nearly Friday, hang in there.

Anyway, I ventured off on one of my nature walks, to test out my new 50mm lens. I wanted to document the difference in quality, and oh is there anything but. There is a generous difference in quality between my lenses, which is fascinating.

I was accompanied by my dear Mother, and we were unfortunately stalked by an army of flies, it was a nightmare. But this is Ireland after all. So, despite the uncontrollable family of flies, I managed to enjoy this little walk. Thankfully, it didn’t rain, the sunset was quite pretty. I found myself experimenting with different angles and perspectives. I wanted my results to come out differently.

This picture, for instance, was a completely spur of the moment decision. When I’m taking photos outdoors, I tend to come to an abrupt stop (this tends to alert who I’m with, it’s quite funny). I am a manic photographer. I sometimes love photographing straw, it’s so textured and lively.

Anyway, I have some different photos coming your way, so stay tuned!

I enjoy trying new things, and not just sticking to one thing. How boring life would be if I did so.

See you Friday!

My name is Alice Frawley, and I am currently located in little old Ireland. I am a Photography enthusiast, and intend to make this my career, no matter how long it takes. To transform a hobby into a career, could potentially be the best decision of my life. Photography has been my passion, for quite some time now, and I am absolutely desperate to get myself out there, and show the world my photographs. This is a completely new journey for me to embark on.
