‘Every Flower Is A Soul Blossoming In Nature’ – Gerard De Nerval

Hi, everyone!

So, I’ve decided to post something relatively bright today. I figured, since flowers at this time of year, are truly beautiful, they’ll brighten up your day. With all that has happened in the world recently, with the senseless attack in Manchester, and in London, and so many other countries around the world that cease to be acknowledged, we need some brightness in our lives. We need some tranquility. We need unity.

I decided against posting on my blog yesterday, out of respect for the victims of this truly heart-breaking attack. My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected. The world mourns with you.

So, I ventured outside today, (my first time in a while) and decided to capture the beautiful flowers that lay before me. Being among Nature, is a blessing. Nature can easily distract your mind, from the treacheries that continue to arise. As I am an avid lover of Nature, I advise you to venture outside today, whether that’s into your garden, or a nearby park, or simply sitting on a bench, breathe in the fresh air. It can do wonders.Β Flowers are the most divine creation that grow on this earth. They rarely go unnoticed. As each flower blooms, so does the promise of new beginnings. Β Keep love and faith in your heart, and all of nature will prove to you that life is fleeting, life is good. When you find yourself doubting this, when you find yourself questioning, look to the flowers, ‘Where flowers bloom, so does hope.’Β

Like flowers, we must grow from within. We must rise through the dirt, and bask in the sunlight with open arms. Even during the toughest, and most heart-breaking of times, flowers still appear, flowers still manage to bloom. Rise above it.

That’s the sheer beauty of nature, when life is troublesome, it embraces you with open arms, reminding you that there somehow still is splendourΒ in this godforsaken world.

Stay safe, folks.
